Terms & Conditions
After the fully confirmed from the renter for his/her eligibility for sign a contract he/she sort a deal with the company name which mentioned in the letter head to rent the car which it details mentioned in the previous slots and that for the rent value which will be decided by the company and I accept and confirm all the articles and the terms and condition which will be in this contract and the attachments and am fully committed with it and fully committed with the UAE traffic laws and rent cars rules, and I agreed to follow the UAE criminal law and never use the rented car to do anything against UAE laws and rules, In the event of this, I prepared to assume full criminal and civil liability and to compensate the company for the damage caused to it in both property and business transactions.
- The introduction is a basic part of this contract.
RECEIVING, RETURNING BACK AND THE USING OF THE CAR
- The renter must go to the company’s pre-determined branch to receive the vehicle which agreed to lease and also be committed to return it to the same branch on the day and hour specified for the return of the vehicle, otherwise a fine will be charged.
- The car will not be off hire from the renter after the company’s official opening hours Sunday to Thursday from 9am to 5pm and Friday and Saturday from 9am to 1pm an additional 350 dirhams will be charged for returning after these timings.
- The renter checks the vehicle thoroughly before it is received and acknowledges that it is in good, clean and usable condition.
- Renter should return the car completely clean and free of any belongings or concerns, cleaning up must be a maximum of 3 hours before the vehicle delivering and cleaning the car at a washing station at a official petrol station for example (ADNOC, Emirates..Enoc.Eppco. only.). or Aed 350 dirhams will be charged.
- The renter must not leave any items or personal stuff in the vehicle upon delivery and the company will not be responsible for the loss or loss of any items on the vehicle when delivered.
- The renter should not take, replace, alter the features or shape of the vehicle, or glued, add a pulmonary, change the color of the vehicle, remove the number plates, or otherwise expose any part of the vehicle.
- The renter is obliged to keep the vehicle in all possible ways from the moment the vehicle is picked up and delivered again to the company in good and safe condition.
- From the moment the renter receives the vehicle until delivery, the renter is liable and the renter responsibility and the company has no responsibility for the renter behavior by car during the rent period.
- The Company have the fully right to give any data about the renter or the vehicle’s location to any government authorities in the UAE if it requested and the renter shall not be entitled to sue, return legally or seek compensation from the Company for this.
- The Company has the right to disconnect and stop the vehicle at any time it wishes without returning to the renter, notifying or informing the renter.
- Hirer is allowed to use 67 KMs per day only and additional will be charged for any extra KM as per the vehicle category mentioned below.

- In the event that the vehicle fails or stops working, the renter must contact the company directly and report the fault and not attempt to repair it himself.
- If the vehicle is not working as a result of a traffic accident, the renter must call directly the police and the company, to report about the accident, its location, and not drive or move the vehicle until the company representative arrives in case of any delay or non-contact Car must be brought to return location on recovery.
- The renter must use the vehicle by himself, drive it by himself, and do not lend it to anyone else who is not mentioned in the contract Insurance is not applicable in case of other person driving car.
- If the renter lends the car to another person, he or she will be fully responsible for his or her actions, driving, and all that the other person doing or doing by the vehicle.
- In the event of an accident when the non-renter drives the vehicle, the renter will bear all the consequences of the accident, which explain in the accident and violation section of this contract and pay compensation to the company in the amount of 10,000 AED.
- The renter must return the vehicle and the fuel tank with at least 25% filled.
- If the duration of rent exceeds 21 days, the renter must come directly After that time to the company, for the technical inspection and routine maintenance of the vehicle and, if He did not attend on time so a fine will be imposed Weekly plus responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle by non-maintenance, and bears all expenses from spare parts, maintenance, garage costs and any other expenses resulting from non-compliance with that article.
FINES AND TRAFFIC ACCIDENTS
- Renter Takes Full responsibility (Civil and Criminal) of the vehicle and his behavior as per UAE law during the rent period.
- All traffic of fines, administrative charges and taxes added during the rent period shall be borne by the renter and pay it full to the company.
- If the non-renter drives the vehicle and leads it for any traffic violations, the renter will bear all the same responsibility as described in the previous article without any liability on the Company.
- The renter is not allowed to use the vehicle on an off-road except with the prior written permission from the company or a fine of AED 15,000 + any repair cost will be imposed by the company.
- The extent to renter to uses the car is within U.A.E.
VIP SERVICE
- Car PICK UP Service for renter costs 350 AED within 12 KMs from registered office, An additional AED 5 per km will be charged for any distance exceeding 12 km.(This service is subject to request made by renter)
- Returning the car after official timings mentioned in the agreement will be charged AED 350, not to bring the car for routine maintenance a weekly fine of AED 1,000.
- When the vehicle is returned dirty and unclean, an amount of 525 AED for interior cleaning and AED 350 for exterior cleaning will be charged by the company.
- PENALTY AED 525/- will be charged for smoking smell or smoking in the car while returning. Hirer must provide Car Washing Bill from ENOC/ EPCO/ EMARAT/ADNOC or Aed 350 dirhams will be charged.
- Car must be returned with the same level of fuel while opening of the contract. Minimum AED 100 will be charged for each less point of the fuel.
